Getting to know you

Hayes HR Consultants will meet with the Client to discuss what they are looking for. They will ensure all particulars are recorded, so that they know exactly what candidate the Client is looking for - experience, skills, qualifications, attitude and motivations.

Our Consultants

Hayes HR consultants have extensive experience in permanent placements and have the ability to source candidates through database searching, advertising and referrals from other clients and candidates. To put it simply, we are specialists in finding people. Consultants will provide Clients with a shortlist of suitable candidates to peruse. This shortlist will be accompanied by copies of reference checks, interview records and general impressions of candidate motivation and personality traits. Clients then make a decision on who they would like to interview and our Consultants will organise each and every interview on their behalf.

Follow up

Once a candidate has been offered and accepted a position with the Client, Hayes HR Consultants will conduct weekly, fortnightly and monthly check ups to ensure the new employee is settling in to the role. All unsuccessful candidates will be notified and shortlisted candidates will be given feedback on their application. This personalised service is designed to give all involved in the recruitment process a positive impression of their experience with the client.
